MIKE BARO
Founder & CEO, Remaking+
Former Vice President at Universal Music Group (Capitol & Republic Records) and
Warner Music Group, Mike Baro has spent two decades shaping culture through music,
media, and storytelling. He led marketing, partnerships, and creative development
for artists including Drake, Ariana Grande, The Weeknd, Nicki Minaj, Migos, and
Mary J. Blige, earning the Billboard Droz Star Marketing award along the way.
Mike now leads Remaking+, building culturally resonant, commercially viable
content that bridges music and film — from cultural docu-series to scripted
originals rooted in identity.
