Drawn to the music business from a young age as he admired the work ethic and talent of family members who were highly successful in the gospel genre as well as in the production field. Knowing that knowledge is power, Mike Baro armed himself with a degree in music production and marketing all while selling beats to local artists in his college town. His early career compromised of him ambitiously rising through the ranks at Republic Records as he worked on campaigns for Drake, The Weeknd, Ariana Grande, Lorde, Nicki Minaj, Nick Jonas, Shawn Mendes, Keith Richards, Enrique Iglesias, James Bay, and others. His drive culminated in his receipt of the Droz Star Marketing award with feature in Billboard Magazine.Always looking to “level up” Mike B. has been consistent in his creative and global perspective. Incorporating outside influences into artist campaigns his keen lifestyle skills have been at the helm at Capitol & Warner Records campaigns for Migos, Lil Yachty, Mary J.
